As they say in the business, “If it ain’t boiled, it ain’t a bagel!” We're a NY-style deli specializing in overstuffed deli sandwiches, smoked fish, salads, knishes, and other deli-style food. All bagels, bialys, and rugelach baked daily on premises and we serve Chicken Noodle Soup and Matzo Ball Soup every day. New York bagels don’t have anything on ours, but don’t take our word for it: stop by and try them for yourself. We guarantee you’ll agree. We were even voted #1 bagel in South Florida.
For all delivery orders we only deliver within a 5 mile radius of the store.

Each morning, we make our dough and run it through a cutter and forming machine. Then our formed bagels are loaded onto a rack and rolled into our cooler for overnight proofing. The next morning, that same dough goes into boiling water and onto baking boards. We then place them in our revolving oven, and at the right time, flip the bagels off the boards onto baking stones. As soon as our legendary bagels are done, we take them out of the oven and directly into our bins for sale.
